Lord, Renew Your Church
We are living in an exciting time as Catholics in the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis! After years of prayer and discernment, we are thrilled to announce the launch of the Lord, Renew Your Church campaign. Our parish will participate in this campaign, along with all 185 parishes in the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis to help ensure our faith and important ministries remain vibrant for future generations. Funds raised through this effort will support both Guardian Angels and Archdiocesan initiatives such as:
- Strengthening Our Parishes
- Educating our Children and Young People
- Sustaining the Cathedral of Saint Paul and Basilica of Saint Mary
- Caring for Our Clergy and Future Clergy
- Providing for Those in Need
In the coming months, you will learn more about this effort. For now, I ask four things of you:
- Pray for the success of the campaign and our efforts at Guardian Below you will find the campaign prayer which is being prayed in unity across the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis.
- Welcome contact from fellow parishioners to discuss the campaign.
- Consider your own sacrificial five-year pledge to the campaign.
- Volunteer if you feel called to help with this endeavor, please contact the parish office.
Please keep your mind and heart open to hearing more about this historic campaign and discerning your role in this effort. More information will be shared in the coming months!
Campaign Prayer
Lord, Renew Your Church by the light of the Gospel.
Pour out Your Holy Spirit upon us so that we might recognize you as the Giver of all good gifts.
Bless our Lord Renew Your Church campaign. May it strengthen the bonds that unite us and bring new fruitfulness to our parishes, schools and pastoral efforts.
Through the intercession of Mary, Mother of the Church, and Saint Paul, our patron, may our generous response give witness to Your love, Your power and Your plan.
We ask this through Christ, Our Lord.
