Health of Body, Mind, Spirit – Your Easter Journey
Just as Lent is not a period of self-denial, but an opportunity for self-discovery and personal growth, Easter is a time for renewal and reflection offering each of us a special opportunity to care for the body, mind and spirit. Some thoughts on preparation:

  • Lenten Season: Participate in the Lenten season including fasting, prayer, giving of your time, talent, and treasure to prepare spiritually and physically for Easter.
  • Spiritual Practices: Engage in intentional time spent with God, such as prayer, meditation, and reflection to deepen your relationship with Him.
  • Reflection and Repentance: take time to reflect on your life and seek forgiveness, focusing on humility and gratitude.
  • Fasting: Consider fasting as a way to clear your mind and heart, allowing for a deeper connection with God.
  • Community: Share your spiritual journey with others, fostering a sense of community and support during this time.
  • Seek Spiritual Renewal: Through prayer, focusing on physical, emotional and spiritual healing. Spend some time outdoors to boost mood and decrease stress levels.
