Why would you ever want to wait?
Waiting is hard, uncomfortable, and downright annoying. Why does the Church give us the season of Advent - a season intentionally designed around waiting for the coming Messiah. Why don’t we just get Christmas NOW? Yet, when we examine our life, we realize that the best things in life take a while. Finding a spouse, discovering your vocation, or even healing from a wound. Most of life is lived in the waiting and it is good. As Romans 5:3-5 tells us, Endurance leads to Character which leads to Hope, and Hope does not disappoint. Join us this Advent to discover your reason to wait.
