Baptism
Would you like to baptize your child? Classes for infant Baptism are offered each month. Please contact Cindy Sutton in the Parish Office three months in advance to arrange for the Sacrament of Baptism. The dates for baptisms fill up quickly and we want you to have the date you are requesting so that you may coordinate this special day with family and friends.
If you are not a registered member of Guardian Angels, please register to become a member through our online portal click on "new user" and then please select Guardian Angels Oakdale). Or you can print off a registration form (to mail in or drop off).

First Eucharist/First Communion
Children experience sacramental preparation with prayer, discussion, activities and full participation in the reception of the sacraments guided by parents. Preparation starts with a parents-only session for orientation and then 3 parent/child sessions are offered followed by reception of the sacrament. Parents are the primary formers of the faith and take-home materials support the large group sessions. Reconciliation preparation starts in January with reception of the sacrament following and First Eucharist preparation is offered starting in March with candidates receiving the sacrament in May.

Marriage

Are you and your fiancé interested in receiving the sacrament of marriage at Guardian Angels? To be married at our parish, at least one person in the engaged couple must be an active, registered parishioner for six months prior to requesting a wedding date.

Anointing of the Sick
This sacrament is available to those seriously ill, suffering from an extended illness, in the hospital, or for those with an upcoming medical procedure. If you or a loved one wish to receive the Anointing of the Sick, please contact the Parish Office for arrangements at 651-738-2223.
