Liturgy of the Word for Children
The program is offered at the 5:00 Saturday Masses and the 9:00 A. M. & 11 A. M. Sunday Masses.
The objective of Liturgy of the Word for Children is to provide a children’s format for understanding the Sunday readings.
We use the Children’s Lectionary so that the Word of God is more understandable to young people. There is time to reflect on the readings while keeping a child’s world in mind.
There is No Fee for this program. No registration required.
As a parent, you are invited to make a family and/or individual commitment as an action response to the Sunday readings.
When prayer and reflection on the weekly readings are incorporated into the daily life of the family, faith formation becomes a reality for all of us.
