How much does renting the hall cost? 
Typical rental for a Saturday reception with food and alcohol is $1200 for the hall and an additional $750 for deposits and miscellaneous other charges.  Host Liquor Liability insurance is also required and is an additional $110 if purchased through the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis, Catholic Mutual Group.

Can I use any caterer?
Yes with the use of kitchen and responsibility for clean-up procedures.

What is the policy regarding serving liquor?
Host Liquor Liability insurance is required
Guardian Angels bartenders are required
Uniformed security officer is required
No liquor is served to anyone under 21
BYOB and/or cash bar is prohibited by state law
No liquor is served after midnight
Bar will not be open for more than seven hours
Liquor, wine and beer is purchased and supplied by lessees

How are decorations handled?
Decoration of the hall may begin after 7:00 am on the date of rental or by special arrangement.  Decorations must be hung by hooks already in place on beams and pillars.  Decorations must be removed immediately after the event.

The building must be empty by 12:30am.
